More info coming soon
Hey you! We’re doing it again – and this time, we’re turning it up a notch!
From 21st to 27th April 2026, we’ll be back at the incredible Olive Branch in El Chorro, southern Spain, for our third Move, Play, (re)Connect Retreat. Each year, this week gets better, and this time we’ve made some exciting changes we think you’ll love.
Last year, we hiked, climbed, practised yoga, learned handstands, and explored loads of floor movement. This year? Two days of climbing (instead of just one), Via Ferrata, hiking, more yoga and movement sessions with Dani and me, and an even more spacious 7-day format to soak it all in.
Dani will be co-hosting with me, bringing her unique blend of yoga, mindfulness, and playful movement, while I guide you through floorwork, handstands, calisthenics, partner games and lots of other playful movement. Together, we’ve crafted a week that blends adventure, learning skills, playing, and deep connection.
Picture waking up to beautiful mountains glowing in the morning light, the air still cool from the night before. From The Olive Branch, the view stretches across the valley, with sunsets that wash the whole sky in colour. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down, breathe a little deeper, and feel lucky just to be there.
This retreat is about moving well, moving often, and discovering what your body can do – while enjoying the company of people who love doing the same. You’ll challenge yourself, work on pushing your limits, and walk away with a deeper connection to how you move and feel.
Our friend Emma will be back in the kitchen, serving up fresh, nourishing vegan meals every day (with the option of locally sourced eggs if you fancy them). Her cooking is vibrant, flavour-packed, and nutritious – proof that plant-based food can be both hearty and delicious.
When we’re not moving, there’s plenty to enjoy on site: an outdoor pool for cooling off, a bright indoor yoga shala, an outdoor bouldering wall, and a training space equipped with pull-up bars, gymnastics rings, and a slackline. There are hammocks tucked between olive trees for when you need to slow down, soak in the view, or take a well-earned nap.
At this retreat we’re focusing on all the important stuff – moving your body, eating well, spending time outdoors, and sharing it all with great people. Previous retreat participants loved every minute, and we can’t wait to bring that same energy to our third edition.
This time we’re adding even more adventure. We’ll have two days of rock climbing, plus a guided via ferrata – an exhilarating way to scramble and climb the mountain rock while safely harnessed in.
The days will be full of fresh air, sunshine, and movement. You’ll train, explore, learn new skills, share great meals, laugh with new friends, and enjoy warm, quiet evenings. It’s the perfect mix of joy, challenge, and recharging your mind and body.
Our week includes daily movement workshops, yoga classes, rock climbing, a 3-hour hike in the mountains, the via ferrata, and plenty of time to relax. You can jump into everything or pace yourself – it’s your retreat. There are also quiet corners to read, communal spaces with sofas, and games like pool, darts, and cards for when you want a slower moment.
This isn’t a spa getaway – it’s active, empowering, and packed with unforgettable moments. You’ll head home feeling strong, restored, and reconnected to yourself.
All fitness levels are welcome. Every session is scalable, and we’ve worked with people of all abilities, including those with chronic fatigue, disabilities, and learning difficulties. The aim is always the same: make sure everyone feels included, safe, and inspired to move.
Spaces are limited, so check your flights and secure your spot now. You can email us at kubajurszacoaching@gmail.com or tap the WhatsApp button on this page with any questions. We’ll see you in El Chorro for Move, Play, (re)Connect – and trust us, it’s going to be an unforgettable experience!

Kuba
Kuba will be one of the hosts for this retreat and will run some of the workshops! He is super excited to be part of this experience because he believes it’s essential for people to nurture themselves through physical activity and embodied practices. Kuba is a firm believer in the power of community, nature, play, and physicality to improve both physical and mental health.
His training background is in parkour/freerunning, which is how he began his coaching and teaching journey over a decade ago. These days, Kuba explores a variety of movement forms such as climbing, slacklining, dancing, juggling, acrobatics, and anything new that he finds fun to explore and learn. Through his movement coaching business, he teaches handstands, floorwork, soft acrobatics, calisthenics, and helps people improve their strength and mobility with a sustainable, minimalistic training approach. However, what Kuba truly focuses on when working with clients is helping them find more joy in physical activities that are meaningful to them. At the core of his work are health, longevity, physical empowerment, and helping individuals connect to what is important and meaningful to them.
Based in Southampton, UK, Kuba teaches on a 1:1 basis and runs weekly classes as well as weekend handstand and movement workshops across southern England.
Kuba holds a BSc degree in Applied Sport Science, is a qualified personal trainer, and a soft tissue therapist. He has also attended various courses in counseling and Non-Violent Communication and is passionate about helping people improve their mental health by reconnecting with their bodies and needs.
Your hosts:
Dani
Dani will be one of the hosts for this retreat and will lead some of the workshops! She is deeply passionate about movement as a way for people to tap into their playful, creative states and connect more deeply with themselves. She believes movement is not just about physical health but a powerful tool for self-expression, exploration, and joy.
With a background in theatre and dance, Dani’s journey into yoga was a natural progression of her love for celebrating our shared humanity and deepening our connection to ourselves through storytelling, movement, and dance. Over the years, she has cultivated a teaching style that encourages intuitive movement, playfulness, and curiosity – both on and off the mat. She invites her students to explore new ways of moving, break out of habitual patterns, and develop a deeper sense of body awareness.
Dani teaches a variety of classes, workshops, and retreats, blending yoga with elements of dance, somatics, and breathwork. Her approach is fluid, creative, and rooted in the belief that movement should feel true to you, be nourishing, and inspire a sense of freedom. She loves helping people build confidence in their intuition, embrace their unique movement expression, and rediscover joy in the process.
Based in Southampton, Dani teaches group classes, private sessions, and movement workshops, creating spaces where people can explore, connect, and move with authenticity.
She holds certifications in yoga and movement disciplines and continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing studies in embodiment practices, mindfulness, and creative movement. Dani is passionate about using movement as a gateway to self-discovery, inner nourishment, and a deeper connection to life.
