Who I work with

I work with people from all sorts of walks of life and backgrounds. What connects them all is their willingness to change, and improve their lives, health, fitness and physical abilities with a focus on sustainability and longevity. I work with a wide range of fitness abilities – whether you’re a complete beginner, a recreational or a former athlete.

I mainly work with people in their 40s and 50s, but I worked with kids as young as 6 years, teenagers, young adults and folks in their 60s and 70s.
