Spain Retreat 2025
Move, Play, (re)Connect Retreat
Spain, El Chorro - 10th - 16th September, 2025
6 nights / 7 days (Wednesday to Tuesday)
We’ve got something truly special to share with you! We will be hosting the Move, Play, (re)Connect Retreat from the 10th to the 16th of September at the incredible Olive Branch in El Chorro, southern Spain. Last year’s retreat was a great success—we hiked, climbed, did yoga, learned handstands, and explored a lot of floor movement. This year, we’re excited to announce that there will be even more yoga and movement sessions with Dani!
We’ve added an extra day, making it a full 7 days of adventure and connection. This year Dani will be co-hosting with me, and together we have prepared an unforgettable experience just for you.
This isn’t your typical pampering spa day retreat. It’s about being active, feeling empowered, and having an amazing adventure filled with fun and excitement. You will leave feeling refreshed, restored, and reconnected with your body.

Kuba
His training background is in parkour/freerunning, which is how he began his coaching and teaching journey over a decade ago. These days, Kuba explores a variety of movement forms such as climbing, slacklining, dancing, juggling, acrobatics, and anything new that he finds fun to explore and learn. Through his movement coaching business, he teaches handstands, floorwork, soft acrobatics, calisthenics, and helps people improve their strength and mobility with a sustainable, minimalistic training approach. However, what Kuba truly focuses on when working with clients is helping them find more joy in physical activities that are meaningful to them. At the core of his work are health, longevity, physical empowerment, and helping individuals connect to what is important and meaningful to them.
Your hosts:

Dani
Dani will be one of the hosts for this retreat and will lead some of the workshops! She is deeply passionate about movement as a way for people to tap into their playful, creative states and connect more deeply with themselves. She believes movement is not just about physical health but a powerful tool for self-expression, exploration, and joy.
With a background in theatre and dance, Dani’s journey into yoga was a natural progression of her love for celebrating our shared humanity and deepening our connection to ourselves through storytelling, movement, and dance. Over the years, she has cultivated a teaching style that encourages intuitive movement, playfulness, and curiosity – both on and off the mat. She invites her students to explore new ways of moving, break out of habitual patterns, and develop a deeper sense of body awareness.
Dani teaches a variety of classes, workshops, and retreats, blending yoga with elements of dance, somatics, and breathwork. Her approach is fluid, creative, and rooted in the belief that movement should feel true to you, be nourishing, and inspire a sense of freedom. She loves helping people build confidence in their intuition, embrace their unique movement expression, and rediscover joy in the process.
Based in Southampton, Dani teaches group classes, private sessions, and movement workshops, creating spaces where people can explore, connect, and move with authenticity.
She holds certifications in yoga and movement disciplines and continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing studies in embodiment practices, mindfulness, and creative movement. Dani is passionate about using movement as a gateway to self-discovery, inner nourishment, and a deeper connection to life.

- Pick-up from the Malaga airport will be arranged according to the latest arrival on the 10th September, but we'll aim to check in at Olive Branch around 4-5 pm. If you're arriving early you can wait it out at the airport, or go off into Malaga on the train and come back.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I come by myself?
Yes, of course! Many people come on their own, and last year, solo travelers made great new friends.
I can't do handstands / never done climbing. Am I fit enough for this!?
Don’t worry! All activities are accessible, and we cater to all levels and abilities. You’ll be encouraged to try new things, but only at a level that feels comfortable for you.
Are any activities dangerous?
No, all activities are carefully supervised. We have experienced instructors for climbing and via ferrata, and the Caminito del Rey hike is very safe!
Do I need to bring my own climbing gear?
If you have your own climbing shoes and harness, we encourage you to bring them! However, we will also have gear available for you to use if you don’t have your own.
What should I pack?
The essentials we’d recommend: comfortable activewear, shoes for hiking, a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, a swimsuit
Will I be able to wash my clothes?
Yes, there is a laundry service available at an extra fee at Olive Branch. However, if it’s a very dry season, we’ll need to keep laundry to a minimum to conserve water.
