How It Works?
Step 1: Let's Connect
To get things started, reach out to me through the contact form or book a discovery call over Zoom. We’ll have a friendly chat over Zoom to understand your goals, answer your questions, and get to know each other better.
Step 2: Booking Your First Session
Once we’re connected, it’s time to schedule your first session. You have options! We can meet in person at Boulder Shack (Climbing Gym in Southampton) where I coach from. If you prefer, we can have virtual sessions over Zoom. And if you want to train from your home with me, we can arrange that too!
Step 3: The First Session
Our first session will last around 60 to 90 minutes. I will ask you a few more questions so I can better understand what you need and what you want to achieve. Then, we’ll explore various exercises and movements together to see where you’re at. This way, I can create a personalised training program that you can continue with outside of our regular sessions.
Step 4: Let's Keep Moving!
After the initial session, our subsequent 1:1 sessions usually last for an hour. During this time, we’ll focus on your specific goals and work through exercises and movements tailored just for you. I’ll provide feedback and support to help you progress and reach your goals.
Step 5: Monthly Coaching
I offer ongoing monthly coaching packages that provide comprehensive support throughout your movement journey. Depending on your choice, you can have 2 to 8 1:1 sessions per month. These sessions will be all about you, ensuring continuous progress. To top it off, I’ll provide you with a detailed training programme to follow outside of our sessions, helping you progress

Can I customise my coaching package?
Absolutely! Your needs may change, and I’m here to adapt. Let’s discuss any modifications you’d like to make to your coaching package to align with your evolving goals.
Can I do a one-off session or should it be regular?
Ideally, the coaching would be regular to make sure you get the results you want but we can discuss blocks of sessions if regular coaching doesn’t fit your schedule.
How can I track my progress?
We’ll regularly assess your progress during our sessions, and you’ll have access to my coaching app where you’ll access your training programme – this will be your digital training logbook. I also encourage you to track your own progress independently. Share your achievements and experiences with me so we can make any necessary adjustments to your training program.
Can I reach out to you between sessions for questions or support?
Of course! Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns you may have between sessions, and I’ll be there to assist you.
What if I have limitations or injuries?
If you have any health concerns, limitations or injuries, please let me know during our initial chat. I’ll take them into account when creating your training program to ensure your safety and suitability for the exercises and movements I recommend. I am a qualified soft tissue therapist (kind of like a physio!) and sports masseur so I am well-prepared to help you recover from injuries while working on other important goals!
What if I need to reschedule or cancel a session?
Life happens, and I understand that. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, just give me a heads-up as soon as possible, and we’ll work together to find a solution. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy, but I am not strict with it when emergencies happen!
